Responsibilities:

• Consistently manages HR processes and services and recommends improvement opportunities

implements, explains and clarifies to Business Line Manager HR processes in order to create a

good working environment and support corporate identity.

• Be the preferred contact for employees,

• Coach and educate Business Line Managers in HR skills, interpersonal communication,

organizational assessment, performance management, employee development, conflict

resolution.

• Give meaning to the projects implemented by management, respect staff questions, and

federate teams around common projects,

• Interface with payroll and facilitate the monitoring of the budget,

• Ensure on a daily basis the management, administration, monitoring and compliance with the

methods, tools and systems in place, in terms of remuneration, employment contracts, conditions

of employment within the framework of legal standards, in accordance with the Company

Collective Agreement,

• Coordinate the implementation of performance management campaigns with managers: respect

of schedules, follow-up of implementation, and support of the teams.

Define recruitment needs with management

• Optimization of sourcing resources and development of the employer brand’s attractiveness

• Recruitment management

• Develop the pool of candidates

• Participation in the definition and improvement of the recruitment policy

• Organization and monitoring of the integration of new employees

• Career and internal mobility management

• Ensure the application of local legal regulation

• Management of employee relations and disciplinary.

• Management of schedules in relation to retail management: validation of forecast schedules and

budgets, the anticipation of recruitment needs at key points in the year followed by hours worked,

monitoring and analysis of HR KPIs (FTE monitoring, staff costs, etc.)

• HR reporting

• Participation in transversal projects related to legal developments in employment, employee

development and various projects that may impact your scope;


Experience and competencies:

• Graduate with a Master’s degree, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in a

Retail environment, preferably,

• Rigor, agility, excellent organization and responsiveness,

• Curiosity and good interpersonal contact,

• Strong commitment and service.

• You are fluent in English, Italian is a plus.

• You are proficient in IT tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) SuccessFactors is a plus
