Summary
Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the incumbent will have the broad mandate to animate the HR function within the company for the Corporate functions as well as the Retail network. Contribute to building, nurturing and inspiring a shared Company Culture & Passion through an innovative Colleague Value Proposition to enable everyone to be and deliver at their best. This role is both in the construction and in the day-to-day operations. The HR Business Partner must be positioned both as an operational relay of its hierarchy and as a force for proposal and recommendation. Ensure the application of local regulation, be in full alignment with the new HR vision and the Colleague & Client-Centric approach while being the Brand Ambassador of the brand identity. He or She should be consistent in words and action, communicating transparently and effectively; an inspiring a sense of belonging, company passion and colleague engagement; setting the agenda and delivering on winning goals; demonstrating courage while leading change and innovation.
