Role Overview
They need a highly organized Studio Manager & occasionally EA who can connect clients, designers, and the founder while ensuring smooth operations.
This fast-paced role suits someone who excels at problem-solving and creating structure to support scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management
- Track projects and address potential issues
- Maintain client relationships
- Manage studio schedules and deadlines
- Review contracts and draft proposals
Financial Management
- Handle invoicing and expense tracking
- Manage budgets and cashflow
- Process payments and liaise with accountants
- Use Xero for bookkeeping
HR & Admin
- Onboard new employees and freelancers
- Process holiday requests and payroll
- Maintain calendars and coordinate meetings
- Manage studio supplies and systems
- There may occasionally be a need for some Executive Support such as coordinating founder's work calendar and arranging travel
Requirements
- Experience in creative agency, studio admin, or PA role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (InDesign a bonus)
- Tech stack implementation for agency experience highly desirable
- Xero experience required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
