Your responsibilities:

• Full management on production (raw materials buying, CP, manufacturer/suppliers main contact, embroideries,...)

• Head of planning and product on collection (critical path setup for collection, sourcing new manufacturers/suppliers, product group reviews, quality control, merchandising plan reviews & follow up and building in procedures,...)

• Sourcing of new vendors to increase product margins (suppliers and manufacturers)

• Re-evaluate manufacturing and supplier base, with proper strategy

Sourcing and buying of materials

• Source new manufacturers and suppliers (RTW, accessories, denim, leather,...)

• Full inspection of quality, pricing, technical work, audit,...

• Leading of exclusive projects with new vendors (full cycle of development till logistics)...

• Management of full RTW and accessories (shoes and bags) production, following product through to shipments.

• Create seasonal critical paths, including all special programs and exclusives

• Manage and allocate styles to manufacturers

• Purchase and distribute all raw materials for production, with team.

• Maintain systems and offline reports: make costs, rating changes, movements,...

• Full lead of technical specifications, pricing, budgets, communication, EOY evaluations, quality.

Your profile:

• 6 to 8 years in Development and Production
• Agile, solution driven, structured, who loves putting processes in place, strong managerial experience
• French and English speaker
• Has a strong network of leather and hardware suppliers
