About the Job

We are seeking a talented and creative designer to join our team as a worldwide Visual Merchandiser. In this role, you will conceptualize, design, and implement visually captivating displays that effectively promote our brand and products. You will collaborate closely with marketing and retail teams to ensure consistency and alignment with brand aesthetics and objectives.

What You Will Do

  • Conceptualization and Design: Develop innovative and eye-catching visual merchandising concepts that resonate with our target audience and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • VMG: Develop clear and detailed guidelines for markets to ensure premium in-store visibility and execution.
  • Vendor and Supplier Management: Prototype and ensure perfect quality for visual merchandise displays.
  • Product Placement: Strategically arrange merchandise to maximize visibility and drive sales, ensuring key products are prominently featured and effectively showcased.
  • Space Planning: Optimize store layout and flow to facilitate easy navigation and highlight focal points, ensuring cohesive and harmonious displays.
  • Seasonal Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop seasonal campaigns and promotional displays that align with marketing initiatives and reinforce brand messaging.
  • Trend Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies to inform visual merchandising decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

What We’re Looking For in Our Next Team Member

  • Proven experience of 3-4 years in visual merchandising, preferably in retail or the fashion/fragrance/cosmetics industry.
  • Strong creative vision and ability to translate concepts into compelling visual displays.
  • Full proficiency in design software such as Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Extensive knowledge of retail principles and consumer behavior.
  • Capable of sharing a portfolio showcasing previous visual merchandising projects and creative designs.
