We are looking for our Head of Sales to drive Sales in the UK market.

Summary

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Head of Sales to join our team at The Invisible Collection. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans for increasing sales, growing client relationships, and expanding into new markets. Our ideal candidate should have experience in sales leadership and management, as well as an understanding of modern business processes.

You will use your strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with our architecture, interior design, commercial development and private clients in a creative and fast paced environment This is an amazing opportunity to drive growth within our organisation and make a real impact on our success. In addition, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions. This position is an outreach position for a highly motivated individual to develop and implement our sales strategy, advise and sell to clients. This person will act as a representative of our brand and the designer brands we carry.


Requirements

- We expect you to lead the development and execution of sales strategies across all channels for The Invisible Collection, including retail partnerships and B2B.

- You shall drive key performance metrics such as revenue growth, customer acquisition, lifetime value, margin contribution and cost per sale, achieving sales objectives by developing and building client relationships and overseeing the sales team to ensure that clients are receiving assistance and information in a timely manner and to the level expected

- We anticipate that you will be responsible for working with internal stakeholders in product, marketing and operations teams to ensure our strategies are on track and maximize their effectiveness.

- You shall implement robust processes and systems to measure business and market opportunities, set and evaluate KPIs, and ensure efficient use of resources.

- We expect you to build relationships with customers and suppliers to increase engagement, brand awareness, loyalty and repeat business such as inviting and entertaining clients during marketing events.- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop products tailored to meet specific customer requirements and needs.

- We anticipate that you will oversee the entire sales process from prospecting through closing deals and launching new offerings.

- You shall have a finger on the pulse of industry trends, competitive landscape and market movements to stay ahead of the curve, Representing the company in a retail environment as well as fairs and events- We expect you to manage negotiations with clients and partners to secure mutually beneficial agreements.

- You will provide leadership and support sales team members to measure progress towards sales targets with onboarding and training of junior team members, ensuring the sales team have adequate knowledge, training and tools to thrive in their roles

·   Monitor sales performance including any performance issues and be responsible for the objective setting and coaching where required

·   Ensure standard operating procedures are executed and policies are followed


Profile

- You must have 5 years of sales experience in the luxury or interiors industry, either online or offline

- We expect you to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer base

- You should be able to define and monitor key performance metrics for the sales team

- We require you to build trusting relationships with customers and design professionals

- You must inspire, lead, motivate and mentor the sales team to reach their goals

- We need you to stay informed on market developments and trends that are relevant to our company

- You should be able to understand customers needs and offer exceptional service at every opportunity

- We ask that you create and manage annual budgets for the sales department

- You must be well-versed in new technologies and methods used to maximize sales efficiency

- We hope that you can bring innovative ideas to optimize processes and procedures within the sales department

- We want you to ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations

Skills

·   Great attitude and self-motivated

·   Readily available for client inquiries

·   Strong customer service skills with Strong Negotiation Skills

·   The ability to create and maintain productive relationships with colleagues and clients with a strong emphasis on leaderaship

·   Prior experience in sales or working with architecture and/or interior design

·   Proficient computer skills including Pack Office, Google Docs and Outlook

·   Great written and verbal communication skills

·   Extremely organized

·   French speaking is a major plus
