MISSIONS: Ensure and / or assist:

• SERVICE PROVIDERS & SUPPLIERS (“PRESTATAIRES”)

- Management, quality control and monitoring of targets on specific supports / processes,

- Compliance with health and safety procedures under the control of a dedicated Manager,

- Administrative and budgetary monitoring.

• EMPLOYEES

- Manage logistics and integration of new employees onboardings

- Monitoring files for lists of employees and their locations, 

- Monitoring of ergonomics of workplace / workplace compliance

• COORDINATION

- Support for office transfers, moves and works,

- Logistics and requests for FM services for events,

- Communication if necessary.

• COORDINATION WITH THE FACILITY MANAGER

- Actions reporting form,

- Weekly and monthly catch ups,

- Annual evaluation interview.
