Responsibilities:
• Develop a strategic plan with goals and market opportunity ensuring that growth goals are constantly defined and communicated.
• Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy and implement a sophisticated marketing plan, while effectively managing brand awareness, to ensure that the brand is optimally aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
• Taking into account the value of the brand to define and guarantee positioning and fundamental values.
• Develop and implement the organization's omnichannel and multi-segment marketing campaigns based on industry knowledge.
• Lead all aspects of new marketing projects to identify new business opportunities and resolve issues encountered (business opportunities, positioning, sustainability, budget management, etc.)
• Organize external and internal events.
• Conduct in-depth marketing ROI analyzes and develop profitable solutions.
• Develop and maintain media relations in order to create a positive external and internal image associated with brand recognition.
• Work closely with the Merchandising, Digital, and Sales teams to lead a coherent strategy around the customer experience and the product.
• Design targeted digital customer experiences that meet customer needs while meeting brand positioning goals and key marketing performance indicators.
• Facilitate alignment between brand image and regions, taking into account distribution, sales, and revenue.
• Monitor activity indicators and in particular ensure compliance with the budgets under the responsibility.
• Guarantee the implementation of structured and regular reporting to General Management on the progress of its activity.
• Ensure effective management of the teams under responsibility as well as the adequacy of needs and resources.
• Budget guarantor, stabilization, and optimization of costs.
