About the Role

We are looking for a Community Manager to join our Dweet family. If you are a fun, driven, passionate and approach tasks with curiosity we would love to hear from you! We expect you to be experienced in marketing, PR, and events with a focus on customer communities. You will take ownership of building hyper loyalty through engagement with our Dweet members.

What you will be doing

• Execute community strategy with an agile approach. Continuously developing the community programs, playbooks, communication tactics.
• Engaging with our talent community members already signed up to Dweet.com
• Collaborate with our external partners on our social media and providing information and insight to community interests
• Events both online and in person.
• Gathering customer feedback to help improve our product offering
• Deliver and report on community updates and metrics along with identifying areas of improvements
• Understanding our brand’s tone of voice and engaging with members through compelling content for our monthly newsletters
• Gather and share community insights and feedback with the wider team

What do you need to nail this opportunity?

• Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
• Experience planning and leading community initiatives
• Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
• Experience in working with digital platforms or SAAS businesses
• Attention to detail, problem-solver, curious, rigorous, positive

Opportunity specifics

• This is a freelance/FTC with opportunity with the potential to go permanent
• Your work pattern can be part-time or full-time, depending on your schedule
• Ideally, you will be in or close enough to London with 1-2 days per week in the office
