As the Client Service and Facilities Coordinator for Jessica McCormack, You plays a vital role in ensuring impeccable client experiences and the smooth operation of facilities. You will manage all aspects of building functionality and safety, coordinates maintenance schedules, and oversees facilities staff to maintain the brand’s high standards. On the client service front, you will excel in building strong client relationships, promptly addressing client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery that aligns with Jessica McCormack's commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilities
• Overseeing all aspects of building functions and ensuring safety and functionality.
• Running routine safety inspections.
• Corresponding with contractors.
• Planning/scheduling maintenance work.
• Maintaining records.
• Supervising facilities staff/cleaning team.
• Inspecting electrical and plumbing services and schedule repairs as needed.
• Managing janitorial duties.
