CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP & SALES MANAGEMENT

Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers.

TEAM MANAGEMENT

Assist the store manager with recruiting.

Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best.

Evaluate employee performance and suggest corrective action plans to your Store Manager.

Coach and support the team by following onboarding, creating fun and interactive training on selling technics, collection and procedures.

Train your team members to be best-in-class in the use & execution of digital tools (e-learning platforms, tablets, …)

Embody & share the values of the brand with your team.

ADMINISTRATION & STORE ACTIVITIES

Assist the manager with store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures by scheduling and assigning tasks to employees & following up on work results.

Support the manager to perform administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of all store operations, including the timely submission of all personnel paperwork, preparing and submitting reports, and monitoring sales receipts and cash.

Conduct audits & maintain outstanding store condition, as well as visual merchandising standards by following the recommendations.

Report discrepancies and problems to your manager.

Monitor stock & inventory, and perform quality assurance of merchandise on a regular basis to meet your target of stock loss/shrinkage given by your Management.

Organize exceptional inventories and end-of-season stock returns.

Ensure a high level of housekeeping standards both in front and back of house spaces.

Supervise all areas of the business during the Store Manager's absence.
