Ecommerce Assistant - Shopify Experience
The Role:
Childsplay Clothing is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Ecommerce Assistant with experience in Shopify.
Duties Include:
- Updating website product pages, brand/ category banners, building landing pages and creating promotions.
- Working closely with internal teams such as Creative and Product to ensure the website\ is up to date.
- Monitoring Google and Facebook adverts with our agency.
- Creating customer mailers promoting new stock drops
- Being the main point of contact for the customer service team
- Keeping up to date and constantly provide ideas to optimise user journey
- Reporting on sales performance on a weekly basis
- Supporting the team with any ad-hoc requirements
