**About the Role**

Petar Petrov, a luxury brand ensuring no compromises, is seeking a full-time Studio Coordinator to join their team in Austria. The individual selected for this role will serve as Petar's key confidante, providing assistance and ensuring seamless communication with our in-house pattern studio, tailors, and factories. You must identify with the aesthetic and brand, and have a strong sense of organisation and timing. 

**Role Responsibilities**

- Handle product development and sample creation

- Maintain constant communication with Petar and pattern makers

- Attend fittings and provide feedback

- Stay fully informed about the timeline and process of the collection creation

- Assist in preparing for next year's showcase 

- Serve as a production manager while also assisting with sample creation

**What We’re Looking for**

- Fluent in English; Italian would be beneficial

- Strong communication skills, including proficiency with phone calls

- An understanding of our customer base

- Excellent taste and a passion for luxury brands

- Vienna-based applicants are preferred as this role will require working from the studio in Vienna.
