The Digital Sales Advisor plays a crucial role in supporting the Digital Sales Manager in driving digital sales growth and providing exceptional customer service. This position involves assisting with various tasks related to online orders, client inquiries, and aftercare services to ensure a seamless and efficient digital sales process.


Key Responsibilities:

1/ Sales and Client Management

  • Monitor and respond to all social media queries within 48 hours to ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Respond to generic product and service inquiries across all channels to enhance customer engagement.
  • Generate sales by answering digital clients across all social media channels.
  • Escalate any product or service issue promptly and efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver the best client experience, providing backup support when necessary.
  • Schedule sales appointments and assist with coordination.
  • Provide clients with insurance information and valuations as needed.

2/ Administration

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the ERP system on sales processes.
  • Maintain client accounts and process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with order placement, refunds, exchanges, and other administrative tasks related to online sales.
  • Assist with processing returns for online orders and organizing quality control checks for damaged items.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between online order clients and the Senior Ecommerce Manager.
  • Locate and request transfers of stock as needed, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Assist with invoicing by pulling stock and collating codes against orders.
  • Provide updates on shipments and offer door-to-door customer care service in collaboration with the operations team.
  • Handle wrapping and packing of online orders as and when needed to ensure safe and timely delivery.

3/ Sales Reporting and other Marketing activities

  • Support the Digital Sales Manager with sales sheet and CRM data management.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on mass outreach initiatives and newsletters to engage clients effectively.
  • Assist with product image creation and maintenance to ensure accurate representation online.
  • Act as backup support for the shop floor sales team when required.
  • Track the movement of reports and certificates to ensure proper documentation.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in digital sales or retail.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders and inventory.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of jewelry or luxury retail industry practices is a plus.
