We are looking for a talented and hungry Social Media Manager to manage Global social media channels for a High-end Womenswear brand within Another Community's portfolio. You will be responsible for creating aspirational and desirable text, participating in creation of photo and video content, monitoring our channels properly and keep an active and lively exchange with our community.

The analysis and evaluation of the Global channels will also be an important basis for strengthening the brand and driving it forward with a range of new and suitable ideas. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. As a Social Media Manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Create and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content on a daily base
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Overseeing the design and tone of voice of the Global social media accounts in consultation with our art direction and marketing team
  • Set specific objectives and reports on ROI
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design, tools and applications
  • Management of influencer marketing activities

Job Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager and knowledge of the whole social media landscape
  • Hands on experience in desirable content creation and accurate management
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video), conceptual support, will be provided by our Art Director
  • Conceptional mindset to create a consistent story for our brand
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels and SMM software solutions
  • Familiarity with web design
  • Efficient high sense of urgency and able to work well under pressure
  • Analytical mindset
  • Degree in marketing or relevant field
