As we continue to expand our presence worldwide, we're seeking a VIP Sales Director to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the future of the RIANNA + NINA world.

Your Tasks:

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify, engage, and retain VIP clientele.
  • Build strong relationships with existing VIP customers and actively seek opportunities to increase their engagement and spending.
  • Provide personalized shopping experiences tailored to the unique preferences and tastes of VIP clients.
  • Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, collections, and brand offerings to effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Merchandising, and Customer Service to ensure seamless execution of VIP initiatives and events.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Analyze client profiles and implement a fitting strategy that can be communicated easily.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively leveraging VIP relationships and driving repeat business.
  • Build a personal shopper team, ensuring they are aligned with brand values and equipped to provide exceptional service to VIP clients.
  • Manage partnerships with existing personal shoppers, fostering mutually beneficial relationships to enhance the VIP shopping experience and drive sales.

 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English is essential to effectively communicate with our international clientele and partners.
  • The ideal candidate for this role would be Berlin-based, with the option for remote work and flexible working hours.
  • Proven track record of success in luxury retail sales, with a focus on VIP clientele, and at least 5 years previous experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for providing an elevated shopping experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales through effective relationship management and product knowledge.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
