We are looking for an experienced, dynamic individual who can respond to trade requests in a creative and strategic manner. Part of a small focused team you will have experience in responding to digital trade levers, team management & pragmatic decision making. You will be highly proficient in CRM and how to engage our audience through segmentation, messaging and design as well as understanding Goodhood’s tone of voice and the position it fills in the digital ecosphere.
Key responsibilities:
• Responsible for delivering E-commerce trade
• Managing all trade levers and directing team in order to deliver trade targets
• Team management - Who does what and when - deliverables
• Manage, populate and deliver against company calendar
• Manage and direct website content to maximise trade
• Direct mailer strategy and build mailers
• Weekly Content Plan direction to trade deliverables
• Seo management - redirects
• Direct social and VM content to trade deliverables
• Drive and manage loyalty scheme levels
• Manage Customer service proactively
• Updating on site touch points - navigation, new collections, brand pages
• Manage VM direction
• Update and direct search
• Carousel direction to trade deliverables
• General Site management
Profile
• Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role within our market.
• A comprehensive knowledge of Goodhood’s culture and the products we sell
• Proven ability to drive sales and KPI’s
• Deep knowledge of Klaviyo and how to harness its technology, including segmentation, loyalty
• Understanding of Shopify and how to manage an Ecommerce business on the platform
• A proven ability to stay in roles and progress within companies
