Business Analyst - E-commerce

As one of the most prestigious luxury and fashion houses in the world with a best-in-class digital & e-commerce division, they are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a specialism in E-Commerce. The project involves working between different scrum teams, testing and quality assurance to ensure requirements of new features are properly understood and documented, as well as looking for process and communication improvement opportunities. Must have experience: 5 years plus of Business Analysis, 2 years plus in a major E-commerce environment, working knowledge of agile methodologies in SAFE or SCRUM frameworks, and fluent in both French and English. Experience of working in fashion or luxury e-commerce is preferred but not mandatory.

At the heart of Louis Vuitton's digital tribes, we are looking for a Business Analyst
for a period of 6 months to support the Release Project Manager in the evolution
and enhancement of the non-regression testing strategy for LV. Com websites, LV
App and connected objects.
In order to carry out this role, the Business Analyst will perform the following
missions in an agile environment :

• Daily support of the release project manager on the evolution of the
NRTs strategy WW
• Planning and animation of workshops with the central teams and zones
for the collection of needs (LV.COM, LV APP, LV Connect)
• Analysis, help with prioritization and documentation of needs for the
coverage of digital NRTs and applications (existing and future according to
business needs and areas)
• Animation of workshops with the Squads and the Testing Factory :
Review of Test cases and their applications according to the evolution of
the context.
• Document functional specifications and analyzes in Confluence.
• Centralize and share updates within Tribes and zones.


Candidate profile

Ideally having 2 to 3 years of experience as a BA within international context on
digital and/or retail missions, with a very strong analysis mindset, rigor and
proactivity.
With a strong understanding of E-commerce and E-retail challenges, you are
comfortable with collecting needs, coordinating with multiple stakeholders from
IT to business zones as well as restitution via documentation.
Master degree graduate and fluent English and French imperative (daily interactions in
English and French).

Must have skills & experience:

  • 5 years + of business analysis
  • 2 years + of major e-commerce environments 
  • 2 years + of agile frameworks - SAFE or SCRUM
  • Fluent in French & English and experience working in international teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent co-ordination and requirements gathering

Nice to have skills & experience

  • Fashion and/or Luxury E-commerce for major brands
  • Exposure to QA, Non-regression testing and Release Management
