As Senior E-Commerce Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving the brand's digital growth strategy. Working closely with our E-commerce team, you will leverage your expertise in e-commerce and marketing to identify opportunities for growth and enhance the online customer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for leading projects from ideation to implementation, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful execution. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and support junior team members, contributing to their professional development and the success of the team as a whole.


Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing an effective e-commerce strategy that aligns with the business goals.
  • Analysing market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities in the e-commerce space.
  • Leading cross-functional teams consisting of developers, designers, analysts, and project managers to execute on the e-commerce strategy.
  • Conducting regular performance analysis of the e-commerce platform, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Building relationships with external partners such as digital agencies, payment providers, and logistics companies to ensure seamless integration and delivery of services.
  • Developing and implementing a robust SEO/SEM strategy to increase online visibility, drive traffic, and improve conversion rates.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in e-commerce and making recommendations to management on adopting new tools and techniques.
  • Working closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between the e-commerce strategy and broader marketing campaigns.
  • Managing campaigns with agencies and monitoring budgets for campaigns while ensuring coordination between creative teams and agencies.
