Position Overview:

We are in search of a talented and experienced Footwear Designer/Patternmaker. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting patterns for women’s heels, drawing inspiration from our collection of existing prototypes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meticulously analyze and recreate patterns from our readymade prototypes.
• Work closely with the design team to refine existing designs and bring new ideas to life, ensuring that each creation honors our vintage style ethos.
• Uphold the highest standards of accuracy and quality in patternmaking, ensuring that each design is both beautiful and technically sound.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise in footwear design, with a specific focus on women’s heels.
• A deep understanding of patternmaking processes and the technical aspects of footwear design.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for working creatively within a team.
