We’re looking for an experienced French speaking Brand Partnerships Account Manager to join our team in creating meaningful relationships between our platform and external brand partners. You will be responsible for managing the relationship from initial signup and onboarding through to ongoing maintenance and relationship building.

You will be responsible for onboarding brand partners to the platform and ensuring they have everything they need for a successful experience. You will be required to consult on the different features and train client users so they can get the best out of the partnership. After the initial set up, you will maintain a strong relationship with partners to increase usage and to identify opportunities for collaboration.
You should have excellent communication skills, be highly organised and be able to work independently and proactively with your clients. You will use your creative problem solving abilities to brainstorm profitable collaboration models and make suggestions within your accounts.
