We’re looking for an experienced French speaking Brand Partnerships Account Manager to join our team in creating meaningful relationships between our platform and external brand partners. You will be responsible for managing the relationship from initial signup and onboarding through to ongoing maintenance and relationship building.

Summary

You will be responsible for onboarding brand partners to the platform and ensuring they have everything they need for a successful experience. You will be required to consult on the different features and train client users so they can get the best out of the partnership. After the initial set up, you will maintain a strong relationship with partners to increase usage and to identify opportunities for collaboration.

You should have excellent communication skills, be highly organised and be able to work independently and proactively with your clients. You will use your creative problem solving abilities to brainstorm profitable collaboration models and make suggestions within your accounts.   • You shall identify potential brand partnerships that support our long-term objectives
  • You will proactively reach out to potential partners to discuss sustainable collaborations
  • We expect you to negotiate terms of agreements, manage contracts, and ensure successful partnerships are formed.
  • You shall monitor partner performance in line with outcomes specified in the partnership agreement.
  • You will develop strategies to maximize impact of partnerships and ensure benefits are mutual.
  • We expect you to ensure compliance with regulations in place that govern brand partnerships.
  • You shall generate reports on partnership performance metrics and track progress.
  • You will work cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, customer success and other teams internally to ensure successful delivery of deliverables from the partnership.
  • We expect you to stay up to date on industry trends and market insights for effective decision making.

  • You have the responsibility to develop new relationships with prospective sponsors and advertisers
  • We require you to proactively seek out new ways to increase partner engagement on the platform
  • You are expected to negotiate contracts with existing and potential partners ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • You must be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative to complete tasks and resolve issues promptly
  • We look for someone who is knowledgeable about the latest trends in digital advertising, technology, and social media platforms
