They are currently seeking a highly skilled Pattern Maker to contribute to their growing business. The successful candidate will work on the development of sampling and production patterns while also collaborating with designers during fittings and providing valuable input for the collection. This full-time role is open to both Mid-Weight and Senior Pattern Makers. 

**Job Responsibilities**

The primary duties of the Digital Pattern Cutter will include:

- Developing sampling and production patterns

- Creating new patterns and working on already existing ones

- Altering patterns and suggesting finishing solutions

- Finalising production pattern, including technical information

- Grading patterns as necessary

**Qualifications and Skills**

The ideal candidate should:

-It is essential that you are able to draw patterns by hand and with CAD, and familiar with digitalizing hand made patterns

- Have dresses and draping/flou experience

- Demonstrate proficiency in CAD systems GRAFIS and TORAY (Crea Compo 2)

- Be familiar and competent with digital patterns

- Display exceptional technical skills

- Be efficient and quick, able to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
