This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Associate located in London, responsible for promoting and selling luxury clothing and accessories for a globally renowned, luxury Italian brand. The Sales Associate will achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration, manage and interpret account needs and requirements, and build strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while helping clients find their perfect attire.
  • Cement strong client relationships, fostering their loyalty to our brand.
  • Stay fashion-forward with the latest trends and developments to proficiently advise our customers.
  • Surpass sales targets through active promotion of our exquisite products.
  • Handle financial transactions effortlessly, ensuring accurate payment processing and receipt issuance.
  • Participate in inventory management tasks like stock checking, merchandise organising, and maintaining display spaces.
  • Contribute in maintaining the store’s appearance and merchandising aesthetics.
  • Foster a positive work atmosphere through team collaboration and mutual support.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role
  • Fluency of English and any other languages.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Customer-oriented approach
  • Knowledge of MS Office products and Point of Sales (POS) systems
  • Flexible availability to work during weekends and holidays
