Responsibilities

• You will lead the financial planning of our company by analysing its performance and risks. This includes preparing budgets, forecasts, and ensuring they align with our strategic objectives.
• We expect you to retain constant awareness of the company's financial position and act to prevent problems. This involves setting up robust financial controls and systems.
• You shall oversee all audit and internal control operations, ensuring compliance with law and company policies. Your role is crucial in maintaining integrity in financial reports.
• You will develop strategies that work to minimise financial risk. This responsibility requires a deep understanding of market trends and the ability to forecast economic conditions.
• We expect you to manage the finance team, providing leadership, direction, and training to ensure an efficient and effective department.
• You shall optimise the handling of bank and deposit relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash position.
• You will be responsible for developing and overseeing taxation strategy to ensure compliance with tax legislation at all levels. This means staying updated on changes in tax laws and adjusting strategies accordingly.
