As a crucial member of our team, you'll be tasked with devising innovative social media strategies, managing our various platforms, and deriving insights from performance metrics. You'll collaborate with our marketing team to maintain brand cohesiveness across channels, and work with content creators to produce engaging, shareable content. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Create highly engaging and visually attractive content to be shared across several social media channels, along with compelling captions and suitable visual aids.
- Work closely with the Creative Director and Art Director, build out our content plan, attend shoots each week, select the best assets and populate upcoming social posts.
- You will be responsible for storytelling across our global social channels with daily stories.
- Overseeing the design and tone of voice of the Global social media accounts in consultation with our art direction and marketing team
- Monitor, analyse, and report on social media metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Engage with our online community by responding promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and enquiries.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, and use this knowledge to bolster our social media presence.
- Collaborate with various teams to conceive and execute integrated marketing campaigns in harmony with our overall brand strategy.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including audience segmentation, ad copy creation, and performance optimisation based on key metrics.
- Track and report on social media insights such as reach, engagement, and follower growth to inform future strategies.
Requirements
- Proficiency in various social media platforms, including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to create engaging content for social media channels, aligning with our brand voice and target audience.
- Excellent written communication skills, and the ability to adapt messages for different social media platforms.
- Comprehensive knowledge of social media analytics tools, with responsibilities including monitoring and analyzing the performance of our social media campaigns.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video), conceptual support will be provided by our Art Director
- Up-to-date knowledge about the latest social media trends and best practices, with the ability to provide recommendations for enhancing our social media presence.
- Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and audience targeting.
- Strong creative thinking skills, and the ability to conceive innovative ideas for social media content and campaigns.
- Good design sense and basic graphic editing skills would be advantageous.
