The Manager is responsible for all activities in the US, including the performance of all stores while maintaining the integrity of each Division.  Those responsibilities include team management, maximizing sales potential, controlling expenses, and compliance with company policies.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieve financial targets in line with global strategy, focused on developing, monitoring, and improvement of measurable statistics that drive the business.

Oversee the development of activity through leading by example in the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, produce strong results from proactive outreach, and the development of client business through your sales staff.

Development of business driving initiatives that build a repeat business or that attract a new customer.

Analyze, interpret & strategically apply data (both internal & external) to identify key issues and maximize your business; this includes reporting out of key information to inform corporate.

Run the business with agility, changing direction & continuously improving based on key indicators.

Work hand to hand with the Corporate office and ensure proper implementation of Group policies and practices.

Lead by example and model behavior that reflects the company’s core values and manage the team performance & growth.

Translate the company’s vision & strategy in a way that resonates with your team & maximizes your business.

Set clear goals & expectations and hold people accountable to a high standard of excellence.

Ensure the efficient running of all store operations as well as operational procedures and guidelines.

EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• Undergraduate degree (business or fashion-related discipline a plus).

• 5+ years’ experience as a General Manager in a luxury or service-driven environment.

• Pragmatic and Hands-on approach

• Experience in People management

• Result oriented

• Proven track record of success.
