Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Paris City Manager in daily management, ensuring exceptional customer service and a memorable shopping experience.
• Take charge and handle store management responsibilities in the Manager's absence, including team supervision, operations management, and critical decision-making.
• Actively contribute to developing and implementing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets while aligning with brand values and image.
• Participate in managing customer relationships and developing a loyal clientele by offering personalized, high-quality service.
• Mentor and develop the in-store team, fostering a culture of high performance and service excellence.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a management or assistant management role within the luxury or high-end retail sector.
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example, especially in the Manager's absence, with strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both as a team and independently.
• Flexibility and availability to work as needed by the store, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Passion for luxury and a keen understanding of the importance of maintaining a consistent and high-quality brand image, both in product and customer experience.
• Language proficiency: Fluent in French and English.
