Key responsibilities:
- Support the Chief People Officer in setting strategic direction for the brand globally with alignment for all regions in EMEA
- OPEX and CAPEX people budget control and monitoring
- Workforce and Headcount Planning, based on needs of the business, organisation design evolvement, headcount and capability growth whilst also balancing affordability throughout the fiscal year
- To coach, mentor and influence leaders to make the best decisions about their people
- Employee Relations – timely management with good HR practice and commerciality, acting as internal consultant to the team for complex cases and crisis management
- Work closely with the People Operations team to manage Retail annual salary review process ensuring thorough benchmarking is conducted to understand Charlotte Tilbury's position in the Market
- Provide consultancy and recommendations on Dashboard Data Reporting of Retail People Metrics, advising of performance against key KPI’s
- Liaise closely with Talent Acquisition Director and LD&I to oversee and strengthen holistic Talent Management through the full employee life cycle across EMEA retail.
- Mentor and Coach People Business Partners to have People Plans in place for all business areas which will look to attract, engage, grow and retain, helping leadership and management capability within their business areas
- Ensure EMEA policies and procedures are updated in accordance with legislation changes and employees are informed of any changes. Remain constantly aware of changes in legislation and ensure Charlotte Tilbury is compliant and applying best practice to all employee matters across UK and EMEA and working closely with the internal teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience at a senior level
- Solution focused with strong strategic skills
- Passionate about working with people and developing their skills whilst establishing credibility
- Excellent communication skills with employees at all levels
- Strong employment law knowledge across the UK and EMEA
- Experience in Organisation Design & Development
- Strong financial and analytical skills
