Visual Merchandising Manager
We are on the lookout for a strategic and innovative Visual Merchandising Manager to spearhead our global VM team. This pivotal role entails leading visual merchandising strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales across our retail channels.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Formulate and implement a visual merchandising strategy that aligns with brand objectives and market demographics.
- Team Leadership: Direct and inspire a team of visual merchandisers, offering guidance and support for successful initiative execution.
- Conceptualization and Design: Innovate and create compelling visual merchandising concepts, displays, and installations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, retail operations, and other teams to ensure cohesive visual merchandising efforts.
- Performance Analysis: Evaluate strategies using KPIs and customer feedback to refine future initiatives.
- Budget Management: Oversee the visual merchandising budget and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
- Vendor and Supplier Management: Maintain relationships with vendors for sourcing materials and fixtures.
- Training and Development: Offer continuous learning opportunities to the team to enhance skills and creativity.

- Demonstrated leadership experience in visual merchandising with a successful strategy development record.
- Strong creative vision and the ability to translate brand identity into visual experiences.
- Excellent leadership, team-building, and motivational skills.
- Strategic thinker with deep knowledge of consumer behavior and retail trends.
- Proficiency in data analysis and KPI tracking.
- Effective communicator with collaborative skills across organizational levels.
- Experience in budget and resource management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Fluency in English and French is required.
