As a Financial Controller you'll play a crucial role in overseeing our financial operations and ensuring financial compliance. Reporting to the CFO, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective accounting strategies.

You'll be responsible for managing the monthly and annual financial closing process, preparing financial statements, and conducting variance analyses. You'll also be responsible for overseeing accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• You should have a deep understanding of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• As Financial Controller, you must provide accurate, timely financial reports to executive management and stakeholders on a regular basis.
• We expect you to monitor, manage and improve accounting processes, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger entries, inventory tracking, etc.
• You will be responsible for developing budgets and forecasting future financial performance based on historical data.
• Experience in managing month-end closing activities and producing monthly financial statements is required.
• As part of your role, you should possess excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• You are expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
