Creative Operations Co-ordinator

Our client, a fast growing and industry leader in sustainable fashion & apparel product design are looking for a Creative Operations Co-ordinator to join their team. This is an opportunity to join a fast paced growing brand and really make an impact. The ideal candidate for this role will be highly organized, understand how to manage diaries and prioritize. A quick thinker who can implement new ideas independently. A self starter who is confident and has a clear understanding of creative processes and internal creative communication. A background in project management is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities
- Manage communications and workflows including status reporting.
- Allocate design requests that come through the business from a resource perspective.
- Identifying and communicating potential problems to Creative/ Brand teams and providing solutions, within the Graphic Design team.
- Anticipate future work, planning and adjusting schedules and resource requirements as appropriate.
- Have basic knowledge of all Creative projects in flight, working closely with the Creative and Brand teams to ensure that briefs/assets will be delivered in a timely manner for the Graphic Design team to finalise for delivery.
The day to day
- Manage freelance resourcing for Graphic Design team.
- Holding weekly project meetings with the Graphic Design team.
- Managing Graphic Design team’s daily schedule and reviewing team priorities.
- Overseeing project resources and management of freelance requirements, bookings and invoicing.
- Ensure all Creative requests/ Brand briefs contain all information required for the Graphic Design team to complete required tasks.
- Reporting on in house assets delivery status and team workload.
- Providing updates in weekly status update meetings with channel partners.
- Providing timely communication to key stakeholders when needed.
- Managing the internal delivery of all inhouse creative assets in accordance with the due date.
- Finalising deliverables for each campaign with channel partners, and working with the Brand Manager who will then ensure they align with the creative brief (Creative Operations Coordinator to confirm all information is received, Brand Manager to confirm that deliverables align with brief).
- Managing sign off process with the Creative Director, Head of Brand and Content, and relevant channel partners during the design stages.
- Sharing final assets with channel partners.
- Seeking ways to improve best practice for creative operations and campaign process throughout the business.
