1. Understand current state and business model

2. Assess current requirements and support in the continuous development of Standard Operating Procedure

3. Deep understanding of cross-border e-commerce marketplace (MENA region)

4. Understanding of shipping high value goods from Europe and/or USA to MENA

5. Understanding of logistics ecosystem and technology requirements related to supply chain to develop implementation solution to enhance CLE's marketplace fulfilment operations

6. Previous experience in leading marketplace or e-commerce business for luxury fashion is a must

7. Experience within insurance and policies for high value goods

8. Experience in designing order management and returns processes for marketplaces

9. Knowledge of supply chain SaaS products

10. Marketplace and/or strong e-commerce experience
