LVMH is seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team and manage the retail operations for luxury brands in both ready-to-wear (RTW) and accessories. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing teams, working with high-end products, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include overseeing sales targets, monitoring inventory levels, setting objectives for staff members, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, recruiting new employees when necessary, creating a positive work environment that encourages collaboration among team members; as well as developing strategies to drive sales growth.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee store operations including staffing & training activities.
  • Manage daily operational tasks such as scheduling shifts & addressing customer needs.
  • Develop initiatives aimed at increasing customer traffic & driving sales growth.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to in order to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions including sales reports.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years’ experience managing teams in RTW/accessories stores or similar environments.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets while managing budgets effectively.
  • Excellent knowledge of luxury fashion brands & trends.
  • Ability to use modern technology (e.g. POS systems) efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel).
