We are seeking a Wholesale Director to lead our wholesale strategy and drive business growth. As the Wholesale Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of this beautiful and iconic Maison by developing and implementing impactful sales strategies for our wholesale channels.

As part of our senior leadership team, you will work closely with other department heads to ensure alignment and collaboration across the organization. You will be responsible for managing relationships with key accounts and growing our sales volume through effective management of the wholesale team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in the fashion industry, with extensive experience managing wholesale channels. You have a deep understanding of wholesale operations and can demonstrate a track record of driving revenue growth. Responsibilities

 We expect you to develop and implement wholesale strategies that align with the overall brand objectives.

 You shall oversee all aspects of the wholesale business including sales, forecasting, inventory management, and market analysis.

 We require you to establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and agents.

 You will lead a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support in achieving sales targets.

 We expect you to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion into new markets (US especially)

 You shall work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.

 We require you to stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

 You will be responsible for presenting sales reports and performance metrics to senior leadership regularly.


Requirements

 You should have a proven track record of success as a Wholesale Director in the luxury fashion industry.

 We require someone with excellent negotiation skills and experience managing relationships with key accounts.

 You must be able to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth.

 We need someone who can lead and motivate a sales team, setting targets and providing guidance.
