What will you be responsible for?

· Networking to attract more relevant talent to our community

· Ensuring all steps of our onboarding & vetting process

· Matching members or our talent community to live client opportunities

· Recruiting from outside our community for specific client opportunities

· Accompanying the recruitment process from selection to placement

· Engagement and networking with our current talent community members

What do you need to nail this opportunity?

· Native or fluent French speaker

· Professional recruitment experience in fashion & luxury and/or digital & tech

or

· Head-office fashion/luxury experience in talent/HR, buying, wholesale, marketing or merchandising.

· Excellent verbal communication and writing skills

· Growth mindset – curious to learn and develop 

· A social animal – interested in people and their stories

We are on a mission to create a more flexible and enjoyable way to work and hire in the Fashion & Luxury industry. We are a fast-growing start-up bringing change to our market: it’s an inspiring time with lots of opportunities to grow, take on more responsibility and contribute to our journey in a meaningful way. Sometimes it can be a little chaotic, and you must wear different hats other than your primary responsibility. We find this is part of the fun, but it’s not for everyone!
