We are seeking a French-speaking Talent Success Manager to join the Dweet team and help us revolutionise hiring talent in the fashion & luxury industry. If you are a fun, driven, passionate and curious professional interested in joining a fast-growing fashion-tech start-up, we would love to meet you. We expect you to be experienced in recruitment/talent development, with some fashion & luxury background or have strong head-office fashion/luxury experience in talent/HR, buying, wholesale, marketing or merchandising. Your mission will be to create an exceptional experience for our client and talent members by ensuring we are connecting the right person with the right brand opportunity!

What will you be responsible for?
· Networking to attract more relevant talent to our community
· Ensuring all steps of our onboarding & vetting process
· Matching members or our talent community to live client opportunities
· Recruiting from outside our community for specific client opportunities
· Accompanying the recruitment process from selection to placement
· Engagement and networking with our current talent community members
What do you need to nail this opportunity?
· Native or fluent French speaker
· Professional recruitment experience in fashion & luxury and/or digital & tech
or
· Head-office fashion/luxury experience in talent/HR, buying, wholesale, marketing or merchandising.
· Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
· Growth mindset – curious to learn and develop
· A social animal – interested in people and their stories

- This is a full-time freelance/fixed-term opportunity with career development and a view to going permanent after the first year.
