Our client, a leading company in sustainable fashion & lifestyle are looking for a Head of E-commerce to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an e-commerce professional with a strong track record in delivering results to not only join a fast-growing company but also develop & deliver its strategy.

You will be responsible for the following areas: Acquisition, Retention, Website, Brand, Strategy and Team Management. including the following:

  • You will lead digital efforts across all channels, paid, email, social and SEO. 
  • You will drive customer acquisition & retention 
  • Build and guide the e-commerce strategy and drive analytics
  • Managing a team of 4 possibly 6 others including a Senior Trading Manager, E-comm Operations Manager, Insights Analyst and Digital Designer. 
  • Strong Leadership skills and able to identify areas of Improvement and Growth eg: optimization for higher conversion on the website. 
  • You must have come from 'Digital First' brands within the Fashion Industry. 
  • Knowledge and Interest in Sustainability is a bonus. 
  • Knowledge of Shopify

 You Will:

• Be highly motivated and enthusiastic with at least 5 years of experience in driving the acquisition and retention of customers, preferably in a Fashion first digital environment.

• Be a strong team player.

• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to impart detailed information in a clear and straightforward manner.

• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Be well-organised and efficient with strong planning capabilities.

• Be able to work to multiple, competing deadlines.

• Have strong commercial acumen.


This is a hybrid role which requires 2/3 days per week within the office in London.
