Supporting the Fashion Market Editor, you will provide key priorities to the Fashion Department across menswear, womenswear and kidswear. Working across multiple projects from exclusive capsules to fashion shoots and visual merchandising of onsite editorial stories, we require a stellar multitasker with an unflappable attitude, excellent taste and in-depth fashion knowledge. Experience as a Buying Admin Assistant or Senior Fashion Assistant in luxury e-commerce and/or editorial settings is preferred. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Fashion Market Editor work on gathering commercial information for brand campaigns 
• Liasing with external brands, boutiques and internal commercial teams 
• Working with Category teams to gather exclusives capsules overview for key moments
• Working with the Brand Partnership team to obtain brand partner allocations seasonally 
• Working with the Boutiques account managers, to obtain Boutiques buys seasonally 
• Supporting the Fashion Market Editor on Market Boards ahead of shoots 
• Collaborating with the Online Merchandising team on visually merchandising onsite editorial stories and sets in line with key priorities. 
• Supporting the Fashion Market Editor on the Seasonal Trend Presentation, Post-Market follow ups with brands, Content Performance reporting, product delivery tracking and commercial reporting ahead of shoots 
• Liaise with the fashion and commercial teams to request appropriate show tickets and market appointments during Fashion Weeks and Press Days. 

To be successful in this role, you will be or have the below:

• Excel and Google Suite Proficiency 
• Experience working in an assistant role in luxury fashion, ideally e-commerce 
• An organised individual with strong commercial knowledge of the industry 
• Extremely knowledgeable on designers and brands in the luxury fashion space
