The Role in a Nutshell
As the new Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador for our brand and the face of the brand within our concession. Armed with strong product and brand knowledge, you will deliver a premium in-store experience to our customers and sell total home wellness solutions through a consultative and value-selling approach. You’ll be confident in developing and maintaining customer relationships including with high net worth and affluent individuals. You won’t be afraid to get hands on with demonstrating our solutions and selling wellness.
Your background may be in Luxury Retail, or Sales in the Fitness industry, however you will have a passion for sports, fitness and wellness and a natural drive for Sales. Motivated by targets, you will play a pivotal role in the continued success of our Selfridges concession. Fitness or Personal Training qualifications would be a huge advantage in this position.
