The Role in a Nutshell

As the new Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador for our brand and the face of the brand within our concession. Armed with strong product and brand knowledge, you will deliver a premium in-store experience to our customers and sell total home wellness solutions through a consultative and value-selling approach. You’ll be confident in developing and maintaining customer relationships including with high net worth and affluent individuals. You won’t be afraid to get hands on with demonstrating our solutions and selling wellness.

Your background may be in Luxury Retail, or Sales in the Fitness industry, however you will have a passion for sports, fitness and wellness and a natural drive for Sales. Motivated by targets, you will play a pivotal role in the continued success of our Selfridges concession. Fitness or Personal Training qualifications would be a huge advantage in this position.

What You Will Do

  • Achieve and overachieve sales targets, contributing to the store’s overall success
  • Proactively maintain comprehensive product knowledge of our equipment and digital solutions
  • Promote a memorable and luxury customer experience through delivering premium customer service and selling consultatively
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and contribute to the positive appearance and atmosphere of the store
  • Collaborating with all other departments (including Customer Service, Logistics and Inside Sales) to create an omni-channel and cohesive customer approach
  • Promote best practice with the CRM system
  • Handling customer complaints effectively and resolving to the customer’s satisfaction

What You Will Have

  • 2+ years’ consultative Sales/luxury retail/fitness sales experience
  • Natural drive for selling and generating business opportunities
  • Digital savviness, ability to navigate and utilise systems and databases including Salesforce and SAP
  • Experience of working to and achieving set sales targets
  • Exceptional communication and rapport building skills
  • REPS L3 in Personal Training a plus but not a must
  • Hunger to learn, improve and succeed in the role
  • Ability to collaborative effectively within a team and also work well independently
  • Passion for sports, fitness and wellness
