Responsibilities:

- Cultivate a knowledge of our range of luxury leather products to effectively address our customers' needs and desires.
- Support the attainment of sales goals through active participation in sales activities and by employing foundational sales techniques.
- Assist in inventory management and the visual merchandising of the sales area to enhance product appeal.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer service and in-store experience.
- Collect and report customer feedback to the management team to aid in the continuous improvement of our offerings and services.
Candidate Profile:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a budding ability to forge lasting customer relationships.
