• Greet, advise, and engage with customers to provide a tailored and upscale shopping experience.
• Cultivate a knowledge of our range of luxury leather products to effectively address our customers' needs and desires.
• Support the attainment of sales goals through active participation in sales activities and by employing foundational sales techniques.
• Assist in inventory management and the visual merchandising of the sales area to enhance product appeal.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer service and in-store experience.
• Collect and report customer feedback to the management team to aid in the continuous improvement of our offerings and services.

Candidate Profile:

• A keen interest in starting a career in luxury product sales, with a particular interest in leathergoods or similar sectors.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a budding ability to forge lasting customer relationships.
• An appreciation for detail and aesthetics, along with a passion for luxury goods and fashion.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work effectively within a team environment.
• Flexibility to work according to a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English and French is required, and other languages would be advantageous.
