The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for recruiting top talent for our client, q prime Italian fashion house. This includes identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels, conducting initial screenings and interviews, and making hiring recommendations to management. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates, as well as collaborating with other teams within the company to understand their staffing needs and ensure that the right people are being hired for the right roles.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry events
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess fit for open positions
- Make hiring recommendations to management based on candidate qualifications and fit with the company culture
- Manage and maintain relationships with potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to understand their staffing needs and ensure that the right people are being hired for the right roles
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Work with HR and management to identify and address any recruitment challenges or issues
- Collaborate with management to establish and implement employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the fashion retail industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Experience with diversity and inclusion recruitment initiatives a plus
