As an e-store manager, the Freelance will have the following main responsibilities:
Commercial management
• Build the digital business plan
• Implement the commercial plan: newsletter campaigns, digital media activation, traffic acquisition, CRM
• Build and implement e-commerce performance reporting (weekly / monthly / season)
E-Commerce Strategy
• Manage the product catalog, upload collections to the e-commerce site, monitor stocks
• Provide after-sales service when starting up the site
• Implement the e-merchandising strategy
• Organize and coordinate e-commerce shoots in collaboration with the Image team
• Implement the new features of the site with our IT partners
PROFILE
Education and level of experience required: Business school, you are specialized in E-Commerce and already have a strong experience in a luxury house (minimum 2 years).
Required qualities:
- High capacity for work in a demanding environment
- Excellent knowledge of the luxury industry
- Rigor, organization and versatility
- Analytical sensitivity and business vision
IT tools:
Appetite for IT tools and excellent command of the Office Pack. Good knowledge of Shopify, Mailchimp and Prismic would be a plus.
Languages:
Excellent level of English and French essential. A third language like Italian, Spanish or German would be a plus.
