We are looking for a Sr. Headcoach Store Marketing who can deliver a world-class consumer experience in a way that enhances Nike’s brand vision. In this role you will successfully lead the House of Innovation marketing team across all functions to deliver unique, premium consumer experiences on a 365 base. As part of your daily work you will collaborate with our buying, city brand, digital and retail operation teams on a flawless planning and execution.

  • Own the shape of the season by driving alignment between the matrix organization across City and EMEA to deliver a full 13 week marketing plan.
  • Deliver a world-class consumer experience from online to offline for House of Innovation Paris by driving holistic marketing plans across the matrix organization.
  • Lead, coach and inspire the House of Innovation Paris marketing team with a clear vision of success and enable the team to deliver greatest returns by driving process efficiency.
  • Lead integration of House of Innovation into Consumer Direct Marketing team and consumer construct city teams.
  • Manage, track and assess resources including full accountability for budget as well as allocation and focus of human resources to ensure we are set up for success across all marketing functions in House of Innovation.
  • Understand and obsess all consumer mindsets to create distinctive voices that amplify category stories and connect more closely with consumers. Dedicate time and resources to staying current with our consumer and be clear on what matters to them so Nike can exceed their expectations.
  • Use relevant data to inform key decisions and leverage the science to inform the art of brand storytelling.
  • Deliver innovation and disruptive storytelling and experiences across the marketplace to help create separation for Nike brand.

In this role, you will join the Nike Store marketing team for House of Innovation reporting into the Athletic Director for House of Innovation. You will be based in the city centre of Paris, Nike ́s most premium and important distribution channel "House of Innovation" and the Nike North corporate headquarter offices in the same building.

As part of your role you will be partnering up with internal stakeholders in City and EMEA brand and commercial functions as well as external stakeholders with suppliers, agencies and third party vendors.

  • Educated to Bachelor ́s / Master ́s degree in the field of marketing, communication, economics or sports sciences
  • 8 years working experience in retail marketing, account management & digital experience
  • Fluent in English in both written and verbal communication; French speaking knowledge is an advantage.
  • Tracking record of marketing, strategy planning and financial targets with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder, project, resources and time management
  • Strong ability to focus and set priorities with a clear drive for results.
  • Ability to lead, coach and inspire the House of Innovation brand team.
  • Strong inter-cultural communication and information seeking skills with a drive to make things happen.
  • Demonstrate creativity and agility in a fast moving environment with the mentality of forward thinking visionary.
  • Demonstrate Brand passion and act with integrity.
  • Understanding and enthusiasm of retail industry and sales is essential.
