Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and execute opportunities to develop new and existing business
  • Monitor sales team KPIs and maintain mystery shopping results at the highest levels
  • Responsible for hiring and scheduling staff
  • Carries out sales and clienteling actions in order to maximize store target and KPIs
  • Translate the yearly target assigning and monitoring weekly and daily individual objectives
  • Be responsible for the brand and product knowledge of the team, ensuring the efficacy of the induction program to the new staff and providing constant in-store training sessions to all the team, following company guidelines
  • Be able to build a loyal clientele through engaging and retaining activities leveraging all clienteling tools (client book, daily metrics...)
  • Constantly monitors staff behaviour and KPIs' achievement and coaches each team member in defining specific development plans through monthly touch base
  • To train, motivate and develop the team to optimize shop performance to reflect the brand qualities, ensuring all staff have the excellent product knowledge and are regularly trained on new merchandise, taking appropriate action to address performance issues where necessary

  Desired experience for concession manager includes:

  • Implement actions according to specific business opportunities (events, dedicated training sessions, sales targets, staff rotation)
  • Manage the relationship with the Department Store’s management
  • Be constantly up-to-date regarding competitors’ marketing activities, proposing actions aimed at increasing visibility and business results
  • Have a clear view of other brands’ businesses and their customers’ preferences
  • Plan and schedule the team and staff resources, according to the coverage of the floor
  • Manage the stock in the most effective way constantly keeping the focus on sales
  • Wholesale experience is a must
