Key Responsibilities


Leadership & Supervision

  1. Guide and oversee the store team.
  2. Set performance expectations.
  3. Foster a positive work environment.


Strategy & Sales

  1. Develop strategies to drive sales growth and meet store targets.
  2. Monitor sales performance and identify trends.
  3. Implement effective sales strategies and promotions.


Customer Service

  1. Create a customer-centric environment.
  2. Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.


Staff Development

  1. Train and develop store staff.
  2. Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.


Inventory & Visual Merchandising

  1. Manage store inventory, including ordering and stock replenishment.
  2. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines.


Operational Management

  1. Implement store policies and procedures.
  2. Monitor and control expenses and operational budgets.
  3. Conduct staff meetings and communicate effectively.


Industry Awareness

  1. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.


Requirements


  1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience and 3 years in store management.
  2. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  3. Solid understanding of retail operations and sales techniques.
  4. Proven track record in driving sales growth and meeting targets.
  5. Proficient in sales data analysis and inventory management.
  6. Knowledge of visual merchandising and retail software.
  7. Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  8. Flexibility in work schedule.
  9. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
