As the gallery manager, you will ensure commercial accountability of all customers including subscribers, walk-ins, suppliers and businesses from France and abroad (Architects and Decorators).

Your main responsibilities are as follows:
1) Develop commercial activity
-Increase the portfolio of architects, decorators and end customers coming into the store
-Promote the brand
-Convert sales of exceptional product as well as volume of small-scale decoration objects
2) Support the Decoration of the Gallery
-Analyse and make proposals
-Participate in the development and updating of sales support tools (decoration catalogue, warranty/guarantee booklet)
-Participate in the development of the customer experience
-Mastering the decoration offer (story telling, prices and preferential production techniques)
-Accompany customers in their projects: respond to requests for information, advise, formalise and send catalogue and tailor-made quotes in a timely manner
-Building customer loyalty (sending newsletters, VIP customer gifts, sending books and catalogues...)
-Take care of the welcome reception in the shop and the relationship with customers in and outside the shop alike
3) Develop internal collaboration and synergies with the Bijoux boutique
-Strengthen the team to streamline processes and create more opportunities
-Ensure the coordination of architectural projects in relation with the wellbeing of the gallery and boutique
-Lend a hand to the jewellery boutique when necessary
-Coordinate stock and deliveries with the sales team
-Updating Farfetch stocks and more generally ensuring orders for the gallery are in good supply
Profile:
-You have a minimum of 5 years experience in art or design sales
-You are passionate about the decoration market (knowledge of art history, design history, the most famous designers, etc.)
-You master the tools related to decoration in order to inform customers in an efficient way.
-You have an excellent relationship with French and international clients and understand what excellent customer service looks like
-You are able to adapt to a professional clientele (architects, designers, etc.) and individuals accordingly
-You are able to carry out a project from start to finish and to follow up on it: proposal, estimate, follow-up of execution, follow-up of invoicing, follow-up of delivery etc
