An iconic French Fashion brand is looking for a Studio Assistant, where creativity meets heritage in the heart of our design studio. This pivotal role is the backbone of our creative process, providing essential support to bring our iconic collections to life.

This is a temporary, full time contract to start ASAP.


As a Studio Assistant, you will immerse yourself in an environment that thrives on innovation and collaboration. You'll work closely with designers, product developers in the preparation and development of the collections.

Responsibilities

  • You will provide support to the creative team by preparing and organizing the studio space, ensuring all materials and tools are readily available for each project.
  • We expect you to assist in the management of inventory, tracking supplies, and ordering new materials as needed to keep the studio fully functional.
  • You will facilitate communication within the studio by scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating project timelines to ensure efficient workflow.
  • You shall handle logistics for external engagements, such as orders, deliveries of materials, fabrics and trims. Engaging and foolwing with suppliers and manufacturers.
  • We expect you to perform administrative duties as required, including filing, responding to emails, and maintaining records related to projects and expenses.

Requirements

  • You must possess strong organizational skills to maintain the studio's order and efficiency.
  • You should have a keen eye for fashion and design trends to assist in project development and presentations.
  • We expect you to be proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, to support creative projects.
  • You need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with team members and external partners.
  • You will be responsible for managing and updating inventory records accurately and efficiently.
  • Handling of materials safely and responsibly is a necessity to ensure a secure working environment.
  • You are required to show flexibility in your availability, being open to work on different projects as needed by the team.
  • We rely on you to proactively identify issues and suggest improvements to streamline studio processes.
