We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Digital & Social Media Coordinator who is passionate about social media, storytelling, community building, and digital innovation. You will play a key role in implementing and optimising digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless digital experiences. 

Reporting to the Senior Digital & Social Media Manager, you will be a digitally savvy professional who stays ahead of trends, understands platform dynamics, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving digital ecosystem. Naturally curious and forward-thinking, you’re always looking for ways to optimise and innovate.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on digital marketer ready to take the next step within the luxury sector.

Responsibilities

  • Support in mapping and optimising customer journeys across all digital touchpoints, identifying areas for improvement 
  • Assist in developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing strategies across social media, search (SEO/SEM), email, and paid media 
  • Confidently publish content across all social platforms, with an in-depth understanding of platform nuances and optimisation tricks to drive engagement
  • Support social content creation and community-building initiatives by contributing creative ideas and streamlining team feedback 
  • Work closely with Creative and E-commerce teams to ensure our brand storytelling is cohesive and compelling across digital channels
  • Understand different platform metrics and support in the weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting to track success and uncover optimisation opportunities
  • Monitor audience behaviour, website traffic and conversion funnels to identify trends and boost performance
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to execute high-impact paid media campaigns that drives results 
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing opportunities

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • Strong interest in and understanding of the digital media landscape, particularly within social media and digital analytics
  • An in-depth understanding of all western social media platforms and native content, including but not limited to: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, Substack
  • Analytical mind with an understanding of social & digital metrics, and how to interpret data into actionable insights and learnings using social analytics tools and Google Analytics
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic and willingness to learn; a self-starting attitude and enthusiasm is a must
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure, with the ability to be reactive and flexible whilst managing multiple projects
  • A confident communicator with a high attention to detail 
  • Interest in the fashion or luxury industry is strongly preferred
  • Degree level education
