1. Job content  

PERFORMANCE MONITORING

- Monitoring the performance of the network 

- Setting and communicating objectives

- Weekly monitoring and monthly reviews

- Setting up dashboards

- Carrying out ad hoc studies

RETAIL EXCELLENCE

- Drafting of the retail handbook

- Participation in key projects: openings, closures, refurbishments, etc.

- Supporting the shops in their daily business:

- Logistics

- General services (packaging, beverages...)

- Invoicing

- Customer counters

- Security, CCTV

- Organisation and follow-up of fiscal inventories

TEAM MANAGEMENT SUPPORT :

- Follow-up of sales commissions

- Uniform management

RETAIL TEAM SUPPORT

- Organisation of sales events

- SAP : follow-up of invoicing

TRAINING

- Updating the content of the Lab application

- Follow-up of connections and reporting

FARFETCH

- Integration of products in the platform

- Performance monitoring and invoicing

2. Profile required

Autonomous, analytical, result-oriented

Curious, team player, service oriented

Experience in retail or similar position required, experience in luxury is a plus

4 or more years of higher education

Fluent English

Computer skills: pack office is a must
