This position comes with two direct reports - a Team Manager and an Operations Manager, with a total team of 14 currently.
You will be tasked with improving the store's performance from an annual turnover of £4million to a target of £8million.
You will need to be entrepreneurial in character who does not require much structure and can make this an opportunity to embed new practices and processes with a focus on efficiency and performance. You must be a strong leader with proven experience of managing teams with excellent soft skills as well as organisational skills - the abilities to multi-task, prioritise and make executive decisions are essential.
A strong background in womenswear is required. Mixed backgrounds are considered as long as womenswear experience is strong within it.
