Responsibilities

  • You will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in finding and selecting the right products.
  • We expect you to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.
  • You shall stay up-to-date with current fashion trends, product knowledge, and industry developments to effectively advise and guide customers.
  • We expect you to achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling Valentino products.
  • You will handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
  • We expect you to participate in inventory management activities, such as receiving and organising merchandise, conducting stock checks, and maintaining display areas.
  • You shall play an active role in visual merchandising, ensuring that products are attractively displayed and the store's aesthetic is maintained.
  • We expect you to contribute to a positive work environment by collaborating with team members and supporting colleagues when needed.

Requirements

  • You must have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and provide exceptional service.
  • You should be knowledgeable about current fashion trends, designers, and luxury brands to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • You must possess strong sales skills and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
