The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding design concepts, working with manufacturers to produce samples, coordinating logistics, organising marketing products and planning stock & inventory. You will report to the Head of Apparel while also coordinating strategies with the Managing Director. Your role will require a hands-on approach with both strategy and execution, with an opportunity to be a part of a growing team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Product:

  • Assist the product design process from brief through to launch by managing critical paths
  • Collate & provide feedback to production via the Head of Apparel
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure we have robust production processes
  • Conduct bi-weekly check-ins with Head of Apparel & Production Partners to keep visibility on progress and help offer solutions to any hold-ups
  • Work with Marketing & Production on apparel content shoots

E-commerce:

  • Support Head of Apparel with product forecasting, quantities, SKUs and details
  • Manage and configure e-commerce website(s) back-end for appropriate product details and inventory level
  • Analyze e-commerce platform to help define and setup applicable systems/applications
  • Inventory Management and Planning
  • Maintain a detailed production calendar to ensure designs, project green-lighting, production and delivery of apparel are on schedule
  • Oversee the inventory planning process which includes collecting inventory needs from relevant stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory

Logistics:

  • Place, monitor and manage all purchase orders to ensure the product arrives on time and in sync with the e-commerce calendar
  • Create and manage warehouse orders through our 3PL to ensure stock is received correctly
  • Work with Production Partners to facilitate stock movement prior to each product drop to various locations as needed
  • Work with external 3PL partners to ensure quick shipment post product drop, ensure that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner

Customer Service:

  • Manage customer support representatives and recommend improvements to workflow to automate responses and reduce response time

  • You are a dynamic, spreadsheet-loving, calendar-obsessed individual
  • You have strong soft skills and the ability to communicate effectively in person and via email
  • You enjoy managing critical paths of production
  • You have the ability to oversee complex processes from design to customer service
  • You are a people person and can work closely with the relevant teams, agencies, software and stakeholders to ensure an excellent product & customer experience
  • You love to be efficient in your work and can juggle multiple projects at once


KEY SOFTWARES

  • Google Workspace Suite with advanced knowledge of Calendar & Sheets
  • Shopify & Shopify Plus Experience
  • Klayvio - email marketing, ShipBob - 3PL and Gorgias - Customer Service
